Lessons from 20 years of trying to make my FMCG advertising more interesting.

Latest he has been the Global Brand Director of Carlsberg - And you can’t have a 20-some year long carrier without making some mistakes, and mistakes are a great way to learn, right?

His leadership impact extends beyond leading brands and marketing functions and into driving cultural change on a bigger platform. Julian focuses on delivering his own purpose through his work – to enthusiastically connect with people, enabling himself and others to do better.  The latest example of this has been whilst leading the Carlsberg Brand globally.
